The church. Bob and Jim built this for the state shoot in Sparta in 2005. There's even a church bell to start services.
The jail/mercantile. This one has a jail cell in the jail side, and the mercantile side has a clay bird thrower activated by the knockdown shotgun target.
The train. We can shoot from the engine, the coal car, the cattle car, or move between them. There's a corral built in front where the cow lives! Oh yeah, don't forget to ring the bell!
The mine shaft. The shooter sits in the cart, and we often have someone push it along the track during the scenario. It pushes pretty easily.
This is the Toad Holler Saloon.  It has batwing doors and whiskey crates and barrels. A big thanks to Sgt. Eli for making the shelves that go in the windows for guns to sit on!
This is the trading post. Each month cowboys can bring stuff they want to trade or sell and set it in here. There are shelves along all four sides.
Jim Bowdrie and his dad, Bob aka Cookie or Hop Sing, made all these stages out of mostly scraps. We spent weekends tearing down old farmhouses and barns to get the wood. The split rail fence was given to us 'cause someone was junking it. The mine car is a crate that John Deere "donated". See the wheels on the train? Satellite dishes. Pretty much the only real cost was the screws and nails, plus lots and lots of time! The buzzard above is just one of the many characters you'll find standing around out there.
